• we remove architectural barriers and improve the accessibility of buildings for people with disabilities,
• we work with local suppliers and subcontractors, supporting the economy of the regions where we build.

Care for the environment and the surroundings accompanies every stage of the construction process we manage.

• we segregate and keep records of construction waste, and recover demolition materials wherever possible,
• we reduce emissions and energy consumption on construction sites by planning delivery logistics and equipment operation,
• we use modern, energy-efficient technologies and materials with verified environmental parameters,
• when working on historic buildings and in sensitive areas, we operate under the supervision of heritage conservators and environmental protection services,
• we protect greenery and groundwater within our project sites.
