The consortium of companies AMP Sp. z o.o. – Consortium Leader and A-PROJEKT Sp. z o.o. was the Contractor for construction and assembly works within the investment task entitled "Reconstruction of the EŁK GŁÓWNY railway station". The station was built in 1868, underwent a number of changes, and has retained its architectural form since 1945-1946. The station is entered in the municipal register of historical monuments.
Facility Data: Cubic volume of the facility – approx. 8,000 m3, total floor area approximately 2,000 m2. Construction works were carried out in the period from 18.11.2013 to 14.07.2014. The gross value of the works performed amounted to 7,834,039.50 PLN (in words: seven million eight hundred thirty-four thousand thirty-nine zlotys and 50/100). The scope of the works performed included, among others:

Elementary tasks such as the aesthetic appearance of the hall, an increased number of ticket counters and new lighting allowed for a significant improvement in the quality of passenger service. The construction of security monitoring, the construction of the fire alarm (SAP) and voice evacuation (DSO) systems, and the reconstruction of the lighting and public address systems improved the safety of travellers and other persons present at the station. The construction of a ramp, lowered ticket counters, a WC adapted for persons with disabilities, a system of visual information increased the accessibility of railway services for persons with disabilities. The reconstruction of the WC improved sanitary and hygienic conditions. The replacement of window and door joinery, and the replacement of the electrical and central heating installations, made it possible to reduce the costs of maintaining the facility. Thanks to the works performed, the intended objectives were achieved, above all the overriding objective of ensuring safety and quality of services in railway transport.
All works performed by the company AMP Sp. z o. o. were completed on time, without faults or defects, in a due manner and in accordance with the contract.

SPOŁEM Warszawska Spółdzielnia Spożywców Śródmieście certifies that the company AMP Sp. z o.o. carried out in 2010 the Conservation Renovation of the Western Facade (contract No. 3/2010 of 07.07.2010).
The building is entered in the register of historic monuments under number A-1283 of 30.12.1986.
As part of the conservation renovation of the Western Facade, the following works were carried out, among others:
- biocidal treatment of the facade,
- mechanical cleaning of the facade surface,
- removal of all bricks loosely bonded to the wall,
- strengthening of the ceramic bricks and joints,
- deep injection into all crevices of the sculptural and architectural elements,
- bricking-in of bricks in the places of losses,
- recreation of all missing concrete sculptural decorations,
- reconstruction of the missing metal elements,
- installation of safety solar glass panes.
The works were performed with due diligence and were accepted without reservations.

The contractor's total remuneration for the performance of both contracts amounted to: 7 111 782,81 PLN gross.
The works were carried out diligently, with full technical expertise and knowledge of the provisions of the Construction Law act, to the Investor's satisfaction. The contractor had at its disposal very well qualified technical managerial staff as well as lower-level personnel.
The construction documentation was kept correctly and was prepared for final acceptance without reservations. The works were completed within the contractual deadline.
